About the Role

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for Launch and Expansion within the Amazon Now Launches team. This full-time role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on the strategic project management of new facility launches and the expansion of the Amazon Now network. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Program Manager will be responsible for strategic, large-scale project management initiatives to support the growth and scaling of Amazon's operations. This involves owning strategic and tactical cross-functional operations projects related to the launch of new Fulfillment Centers (FCs). The role requires a strong delivery record and proven project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Define program requirements and critical milestones by working backward from customer needs.
• Drive multiple time-sensitive action items simultaneously across various teams, demonstrating a high level of ownership.
• Manage program trackers to communicate progress and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Address problems in ambiguous situations and operate effectively in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Coordinate end-to-end projects, managing multiple stakeholders to ensure all "Road to Launch" tasks are completed according to the program plan.
• Collaborate with and influence team members, work with internal and external stakeholders, and present project updates to senior leadership regularly.
• Gather and analyze data on launch performance results.
• Establish and develop initiatives to support expansion strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in project management.
• Demonstrated strong delivery record in project execution.
• Experience in scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, and mitigating schedule risks.
• Ability to coordinate and drive execution across teams.
