Project Manager

About the Role

Rasan Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead a major high-rise tower project in Makkah. This full-time role requires a professional with solid leadership experience and technical competence in managing complex construction projects from initiation to final handover. The successful candidate will ensure project objectives are met efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with the highest quality and safety standards, within approved timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all project stages and supervise work execution according to approved plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Manage timelines, monitor work progress, and address delays and deviations through effective corrective plans.
• Monitor budgets and cash flows in coordination with planning teams, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure integration between construction, architectural, and electromechanical (MEP) works, and resolve technical conflicts and challenges.
• Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring compliance with responsibilities and contractual requirements.
• Ensure the application of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards throughout all implementation stages.
• Identify and proactively address operational and technical risks, and adopt value engineering solutions to improve efficiency and costs without affecting quality.
• Prepare executive reports for senior management, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure the accuracy of project documents.
• Ensure the completion of works, tests, observations, and handover procedures in accordance with contractual requirements and timelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering specialization.
• 15 to 20 years of professional experience in the contracting and construction sector, with direct experience in managing high-rise tower projects.
• Proven professional record in leading and managing projects from the initiation phase to final handover.
• Advanced experience in managing construction works and coordinating between architectural, civil, and electromechanical (MEP) disciplines.
• Proficiency in using planning and project management software, specifically Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Knowledge of contract management, budgets, cost control, risk management, and value engineering principles.
