The Role of Project Manager

KAN Design is seeking a Saudi Project Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from the initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring that all projects meet quality standards, remain within budget, and are completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end across branding, design, digital marketing, media production, and events.
• Plan project timelines, schedules, tasks, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate between clients, creative teams, suppliers, vendors, and external partners.
• Manage client communication, requirements, approvals, and day-to-day updates.
• Monitor project progress, scope, budget, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Manage logistics, expediting, and timely delivery of services and materials.
• Inspect and monitor deliverables to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure projects continue to advance.
• Prepare project status reports, documentation, and completion reports.
• Ensure smooth project handovers and maintain clear project records.
• Support process improvement initiatives to contribute to more efficient project execution.
