Project Manager

About the Role

Global Blue by Shift4 is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for a professional who combines strong project management capabilities with business analysis, strategic thinking, and commercial awareness. The Project Manager will be responsible for taking initiatives from analysis through execution, ensuring successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key projects and strategic initiatives in Saudi Arabia from planning through execution and follow-up.
• Analyze business performance, KPIs, sales, and market data to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Monitor market developments, industry trends, competitors, and relevant regulatory changes.
• Translate data and market insights into clear recommendations and actionable business initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and action plans, ensuring effective execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Finance, Operations, and IT.
• Manage stakeholders and drive collaboration across teams without direct authority.
• Prepare management-ready reports, presentations, dashboards, and business updates for senior management.
• Work closely with the Managing Director on priorities, meetings, strategic initiatives, and follow-ups.
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and key actions, proactively identifying challenges and solutions.
• Support process improvements and initiatives that enhance business and customer performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Project Delivery, PMO, Business Analysis, Strategy, Business Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing projects and initiatives end-to-end.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of business performance, KPIs, and market trends.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with senior management.
• Experience in FinTech, Payments, Financial Services, Retail, Travel, or Operations.
• Experience with Salesforce, MicroStrategy, or other business intelligence tools.
• PMP / CAPM or other project management certification.
• Experience working with Saudi government entities or external stakeholders.
