The Role of QSHE Coordinator (Sales)

This full-time position for a QSHE Coordinator (Sales) is based in Makkah. The role primarily involves ensuring and enforcing compliance with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) management systems within the assigned region. The objective is to meet consumer and customer needs through the effective implementation of established QSHE strategies, standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of the QSHE Management System to meet and exceed customer and consumer expectations.
  • Support the identification of business risks and the execution of divisional QSHE strategies to minimize potential serious threats to operations.
  • Conduct internal audits across all regional functions in alignment with QSHE management systems, identify areas for improvement, and recommend suitable corrective actions.
  • Assist in incident investigations by performing root cause analysis and implementing appropriate corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Manage consumer and customer complaints, accident investigations, product recalls, and Municipality-related issues.
  • Deliver regional technical training for all functional staff concerning QSHE strategies, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or Health, Safety, and Security (HSS).
  • ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor IRCA certified.
  • NEBOSH Diploma or Occupational Health and Safety (CMIOSH).
  • Demonstrated experience in ISO/HACCP implementation within certified companies.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required Competencies

  • Knowledge of integrated QSHE management systems.
  • Proficiency in QSHE processes, including implementation, updating, and improvement.
  • Competence in risk assessment processes.
  • Technical report writing skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Root cause analysis capabilities.
