Role Summary

The restaurant Branch Supervisor will function as a hands-on leader, responsible for the comprehensive management and operational success of the assigned branch. This position requires strong organizational and managerial skills to maintain workflow efficiency, achieve sales targets, and deliver an outstanding customer experience consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily branch activities and effectively manage all staff members.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
• Ensure an outstanding customer experience and efficiently resolve any customer issues.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Enforce all company policies and operational procedures consistently.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role or branch management, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
