About the Sales Consultant Role
Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait is seeking a Sales Consultant specializing in Ijarah financing. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience looking to enter the sales and financing sector.
Role Overview and Objectives
The primary objective of this role is to engage with potential and existing customers to promote and facilitate Ijarah financing solutions. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing the customer journey from initial contact through to the successful closure of financing agreements and delivery of associated products.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Visit potential and current customers to provide comprehensive information on Ijarah financing products and services.
- Respond effectively to customer inquiries, address objections, and work towards building strong customer loyalty.
- Develop new relationships with prospective and existing clients, and maintain follow-up through phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Follow up on customer requests and ensure their completion, preparing necessary reports on sales progress.
- Manage pending requests, ensuring they are submitted for review and action as needed to facilitate customer needs.
- Confirm customer satisfaction with services provided and gather feedback on their experience.
- Maintain accurate customer information and records.
- Ensure continuous and positive engagement with customers, providing company services effectively.
- Monitor the proposed financing plan for customers and suggest adjustments or new plans to management.
- Receive customers professionally, build trust, and relay their proposals regarding company services to the direct manager.
- Contribute to team efforts to achieve customer satisfaction and company objectives.
- Undertake any other related tasks that contribute to achieving the company's overall goals.
Qualifications and Experience
This role requires a minimum of 0 to 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role. Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to customer engagement and relationship management.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position. The work will be conducted in the cities of Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
