Senior Architectural Draftsman

About the Role

Pine Landscaping Company is seeking a Senior Architectural Draftsman to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting design development, construction documentation, and shop drawing preparation for large-scale landscape projects across the Kingdom. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Company Overview

Pine Landscaping Company specializes in delivering landscaping, hardscape, irrigation, and water feature works for major hospitality, commercial, and luxury developments throughout Saudi Arabia. The company offers exposure to significant projects within the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and landscape drawings from Concept Design through IFC (Issued For Construction) stages.
• Develop coordinated shop drawings, including layouts, sections, elevations, and construction details.
• Translate design concepts into accurate and buildable drawings.
• Incorporate site conditions, material specifications, and consultant comments into drawing packages.
• Coordinate with design and site teams to resolve any drawing conflicts.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting, design documentation, and shop drawing preparation.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience in landscape design is preferred, particularly with hardscape, paving, and external finishes.

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
