This full-time position is based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, focusing on identifying and acquiring new clients, particularly within established partnership schemes. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities within the country through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals via partnerships.
• Represent Marsh at industry conferences and events to expand professional networks.
• Conduct thorough research and plan customer acquisition strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to increase penetration across multiple solutions.
• Create, negotiate, and close sales proposals covering the full suite of products.
• Assist in preparing due diligence reports and presentations in response to client requests.
• Deliver presentations and provide guidance to senior-level stakeholders.
• Consistently strive to exceed sales performance targets.
• Maintain accurate client interaction records in the CRM system.
• Stay informed on the latest trends in Medical and Non-Medical Insurance Products.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably within the Insurance Industry.
• Strong communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build and close relationships.
