Ossus is a cybersecurity and AI startup based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focused on building a sovereign compliance and security platform for financial institutions. Established years ago, the company has successfully closed its Seed funding round and currently serves 10 clients. The founding team comprises an ex-SAMA General Manager of the financial sector, a CISO from a leading KSA fintech, and a CTO with 15 years of experience in software product development, including cybersecurity and AI.

The Role of Business Development Executive

Ossus is seeking a Business Development Executive to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of experience. This individual will be the first Business Development hire and will be responsible for the entire function, working directly with the founders and a growing client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end business development function.
• Developing and managing the sales pipeline.
• Negotiating deals and pricing with clients.
• Creating the business development playbook for future hires.
• Collaborating directly with the founding team.
• Engaging with a continuously expanding client base.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in business development or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage sales pipelines and close deals.
• Experience in pricing negotiations.
• Ability to work independently and establish operational frameworks.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from 20,000 to 25,000 SAR.

• Commission on every signed client.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, offering direct engagement with the company founders and exposure to a rapidly expanding client portfolio within the cybersecurity and AI sectors for financial institutions.
