About the Role

CSW Logistics is seeking an SEO & Generative Search Specialist to join their team. This part-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah. The role focuses on enhancing online visibility and organic traffic through strategic SEO and generative search optimization.

Role Overview

The SEO & Generative Search Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and boost brand presence across various search platforms, including Google and emerging AI-powered search engines like ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, and Perplexity. This role requires a data-driven approach to content optimization and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and Generative Search strategies.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and analyze search intent.
• Improve website content, on-page SEO elements, and internal linking structures.
• Create data-informed content briefs for content development.
• Optimize content for both traditional Google search results and generative AI search outputs.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Perform competitor analysis, track ranking fluctuations, and identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver clear performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possess 3 to 5 years of dedicated SEO experience.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of successfully improving search engine rankings or increasing organic traffic.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, and schema markup.
• Show knowledge of GEO (Geographic SEO), AEO (App Store Optimization), and AI search optimization principles.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog.
• Ability to work effectively with both Arabic and English language content.
• Working knowledge of the WordPress content management system.
• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
