Store Manager Dyson Boutique

About the Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Store Manager for the Dyson Boutique in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with locations in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is responsible for maximizing the store's commercial performance and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The Store Manager will drive both employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) and customer Net Promoter Score (cNPS) through the implementation of People and Customer Experience (CX) strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive in-store CX initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Plan team member succession based on readiness and development.
• Nurture talent within the team through on-the-job coaching and stretch assignments, in coordination with the People Partner.
• Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and fostering a positive culture.
• Oversee daily operations, including visual merchandising (VM), adherence to Retail Store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), sales team schedules, and commissions.
• Provide store support, including concessions, in real-time as per business needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for back-office operations.
• Ensure click-and-collect services are conducted within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure customer data is accurately captured by the sales team in adherence to marketing team requirements.
• Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and ensure the floor team is knowledgeable about app offerings.
• Ensure the store team is aligned and working towards common goals.
• Promote omnichannel sales strategies.
• Increase store revenue targets versus actual performance.
• Increase sell-through at full price.
• Provide constructive input on operational successes, challenges, and general feedback.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
