The Role of Storekeeper

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our full-time team in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This essential role involves comprehensive inventory management, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring the efficient organization of our store to facilitate the smooth flow of spare parts and supplies. The Storekeeper will play a key role in supporting daily workshop operations by ensuring the availability and proper handling of all necessary items.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and maintain precise, up-to-date stock records.
• Receive, inspect, unload, and systematically organize all incoming items and spare parts.
• Monitor current stock levels and coordinate replenishment orders effectively with the purchasing team.
• Oversee the receipt and issuance of goods, ensuring all transactions are accompanied by proper documentation.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and audits to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Ensure the store area is consistently clean, well-organized, and compliant with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Perform labeling, packing, returning, and rotation of stock as required to maintain optimal inventory conditions and minimize waste.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory management role.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of inventory accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Skills

• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on systematic arrangement and record-keeping.
• Proficiency in managing stock records and potentially utilizing inventory management systems.
• Ability to work effectively and independently within a dynamic workshop and store environment.

Work Environment and Location
