Guthmi Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Makkah, with operations covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role focuses on attracting, assessing, and connecting top talent with our growing organization. The specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, design effective search strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance. This involves developing and executing recruitment strategies for a diverse range of roles, ensuring compliance with company policies, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruiting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for various roles, from entry-level to senior leadership.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, campus relationships, and leveraging social platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess cultural fit, and coordinate practical assessments to identify suitable candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and craft competitive offers.
• Manage candidate communications, provide timely feedback, and ensure a smooth interview experience.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics, identify process improvements, and drive continuous improvement in hiring velocity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws; promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruiting activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to attract, assess, and connect talent.
• Understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, serving the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working closely with various departments and hiring managers within Guthmi Group.
