About the Role

Al Ghurair is seeking a Taxi Driver to join their team in Makkah. This full-time position involves safely transporting customers to their destinations while adhering to traffic regulations and maintaining the vehicle. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and timely conveyance of passengers to their destinations.
• Pick up passengers from their specified locations upon request.
• Provide assistance to passengers when boarding and exiting the taxi as needed.
• Help passengers load and unload their luggage, particularly when items are heavy or passengers are accompanied by children requiring assistance.
• Turn off the taximeter immediately upon stopping and collect the fare from the passenger.
• Reset the taximeter promptly after each trip or before commencing a new one.
• Adhere to all applicable traffic regulations and pay necessary levies.
• Maintain the taxi in a clean and fully operational condition at all times.
• Ensure regular communication with the dispatcher before, during, and after each trip.
• Avoid engaging in unnecessary and lengthy phone calls while driving.
• Submit accident reports when required.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a similar driving role.
• A valid driving license.
• Familiarity with local traffic laws and routes in Makkah.

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, requiring consistent interaction with the public and adherence to a schedule determined by dispatch. The role involves operating a taxi vehicle and maintaining its condition.
