Role Overview: Telesales Consultant

Alawaly Real Estate is seeking a Telesales Consultant to join our team in Makkah or Jeddah. This full-time position involves acting as the primary point of contact for prospective clients generated through marketing campaigns and call centers. The consultant will be responsible for accurately qualifying leads, driving physical site visits, and converting prospects into sales opportunities, while ensuring precise and timely CRM record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound leads originating from social media and marketing campaigns via the CRM system.
• Conduct outbound calls to qualify prospects and present company products, while also efficiently handling incoming calls on the unified number.
• Schedule physical site visits and coordinate seamlessly with the direct sales team to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Accurately update customer profiles, status, and financial data in real-time to assess purchasing intent.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly call reports (completed, received, incomplete), lead status reports (qualified/unqualified, follow-up stages), and scheduled visit conversion metrics.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven background in Real Estate Development.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position. The role is based in either Makkah or Jeddah, requiring active engagement with clients and internal teams within these cities.
