Job Title: Receptionist and Resort Operations Supervisor


Required Academic Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor's in Tourism and Hospitality



Tasks and Responsibilities:




1- Welcoming guests and completing check-in and check-out procedures and managing reservations.




2- Supervising the daily operations of the resort and ensuring the readiness of facilities and services.




3- Following up on cleaning and maintenance work and staff at the resort.




4- Addressing guest feedback and complaints and working to resolve them.




5- Preparing daily reports and submitting them to the management.




6- Monitoring revenues, operational expenses, and necessary needs for the resort.




7- Maintaining the resort's properties and ensuring the quality of services provided.




8- Performing any other tasks assigned by management within the scope of work.


Requirements

  • GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Intermediate in English
