  • Welcoming customers and assisting them in choosing the appropriate table.
  • Providing the menu of available food and drinks and giving detailed information about ingredients and potential food allergies.
  • Preparing and setting up tables and ensuring the right number of utensils and bottles of water, along with other table settings.
  • Informing customers about the offers available for that day.
  • Assisting customers and providing recommendations from the menu upon request.
  • Participating in selling products when needed.
  • Obtaining accurate orders for food and drinks, using the point of sale ordering program or voucher requests.
  • Communicating order details to kitchen staff.
  • Preparing and organizing food and drink orders.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of dishes and utensils and sorting them continuously.
  • Arranging and setting the table and maintaining the appropriate appearance of the restaurant.
  • Delivering checks and all bills periodically.
  • Monitoring dirty dishes and equipment and carrying them to the restaurant's internal section for organization.
  • Reviewing daily special offers and changes in the menu and specifications.
  • Following cleanliness, health, and safety rules.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to guests.
