We are looking for an experienced person to supervise and coordinate industrial activities in industrial facilities effectively.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Schedule production dates according to workload, staff availability, and delivery dates.
  • Distribute tasks to workers based on schedules and staff needs.
  • Monitor overall performance and investigate issues related to productivity.
  • Schedule maintenance appointments for machinery and factory equipment.
  • Record employee data and prepare performance reports.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in agricultural engineering.
  • 2 years of experience in the field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Certified Project Manager (CPM) preferred.
