Main Duties and Responsibilities:- Schedule production dates according to workload, staff availability, and delivery dates.
- Distribute tasks to workers based on schedules and staff needs.
- Monitor overall performance and investigate issues related to productivity.
- Schedule maintenance appointments for machinery and factory equipment.
- Record employee data and prepare performance reports.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in agricultural engineering.
- 2 years of experience in the field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Certified Project Manager (CPM) preferred.
