• Implement planograms correctly.
• Manage special order requests as needed.
• Collect invoices according to the company’s aging policy.
• Prepare necessary documents for call cycles or business reviews.
• Identify and report new customers in your area to the team leader.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as required.
• Present customer orders and daily collections to the team leader, distributor, or accountant.
• Process return forms for defected products with required approvals.
• Conduct quarterly customer account reconciliations.
• Perform inventory checks during every visit, covering warehouses and shelves.
