Business Development Manager

About the Role

ABAJA CONTRACTING COMPANY is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in Ras Tannurah. This full-time position requires a professional with extensive experience in power transmission, distribution, and related infrastructure projects. The role focuses on expanding business opportunities and managing estimation processes for both existing and new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the estimation process for projects with current clients, including Saudi Electricity and Saudi Aramco.
• Drive business expansion by identifying and securing new clients.
• Manage and delegate tasks to a team of Estimation engineers.
• Finalize project pricing before submission to clients.
• Develop and submit prequalification documentation for new projects.
• Handle vendor registration processes for new clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in power transmission, power distribution, substations, overhead powerlines, and underground powerlines.
• An MBA is considered an added advantage.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong understanding of local suppliers and market competitors.
• Proficiency in managing estimation teams and project pricing.
• Demonstrated ability to expand business with new clients and manage client relationships.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from SAR 11,250 to SAR 15,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
