Legal Specialist

About the Role

Anan Real Estate Company is seeking a Legal Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing legal support for the company's real estate operations, drafting and reviewing contracts, and managing legal cases and deadlines. The Legal Specialist will also be responsible for organizing legal records and interacting with relevant electronic platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal agreements, and providing feedback on them.
• Providing legal opinions to relevant departments regarding transactions, contracts, and the company's real estate operations.
• Managing case files, tracking their developments, and monitoring associated legal deadlines.
• Creating and updating a database for contracts and agreements, and organizing their documents.
• Preparing legal correspondence, memos, and reports as required by the work.
• Following up on procedures through relevant electronic platforms, such as Ejar and the Real Estate Exchange.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• A minimum of one year of practical experience in the legal field.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of civil transactions law, company law, labor law, and real estate regulations, including off-plan sales and leasing, real estate in-kind registration, real estate brokerage, and real estate funds.
• High proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts.
• Ability to interact with electronic platforms relevant to legal and real estate work.
• Proficiency in managing case and contract files and tracking legal deadlines.
• Ability to build and update a contract database.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Additional Qualifications (Advantageous)

• CME-1 or CME-4 certification.
• Professional accreditation certificate for legal professionals.
• Good command of the English language.
