The Role: Sales, Marketing, and Call Reception Specialist

We are seeking a Sales, Marketing, and Call Reception Specialist to join our team. This full-time, hybrid position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts while ensuring excellent customer communication and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear, accurate information about products and services.
• Support sales activities by preparing quotations and conducting follow-ups with potential and existing clients.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and contribute to promotional activities across digital and traditional channels.
• Maintain and update customer records accurately.
• Ensure professional communication standards and strive for high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience
