About the Role

Samaa Holding Company is seeking a Sales Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for a results-driven professional with 0-1 years of experience and a strong understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and contracting projects. The successful candidate will focus on identifying business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective technical and commercial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's presence within the MEP market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers, and government entities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure client requirements are accurately addressed.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while maintaining profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience is required.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Experience in preparing technical proposals, quotations, and tender documentation.
• A valid Saudi driving license is preferred.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves active engagement within the MEP market, requiring regular client interactions and representation at industry events.
