We are looking for a Pricing Specialist to join a contracting company specializing in hotel renovations. Job Duties:

• Prepare price offers for projects.
• Study plans and technical specifications.

Quantify quantities and analyze costs.

• Request and compare offers from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare technical and financial offers.
• Adhere to price offer submission deadlines.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in pricing contracting projects.
• Experience in renovation and finishing projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to read plans and quantify quantities.
• Accuracy, analytical skills, and ability to work within a team.

📍 Work Location: Riyadh, Al Olaya District
🗓 Working Days: Sunday to Thursday 🕘 Working Hours: 8 hours daily Nationality: Open to all nationalities, with the required experience in pricing contracting projects.
