About the Role

Al Rashid Industrial, a major industrial company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join their team. This full-time role involves contributing to talent attraction, managing internal and external recruitment operations, and overseeing recruitment, training, and development procedures. The specialist will play a key role in ensuring the company attracts and retains qualified talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare annual recruitment plans and monitor the implementation of approved job requirements.
• Publish job advertisements, attract candidates, and screen resumes.
• Coordinate job interviews, participate in candidate evaluation, and document results.
• Prepare job offers and follow up on appointment and onboarding procedures.
• Manage external recruitment operations, including visa processing and coordination with recruitment agencies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in recruitment.
• Demonstrated experience in external recruitment, hiring, and managing visa processes and recruitment offices.
• Proficiency in using relevant government platforms such as Qawa, Musaned, Hadaf, and Jadaratt.
• Experience with talent acquisition and recruitment platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
• Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and recruitment and contract procedures.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a major industrial company. The role requires active participation in a dynamic human resources team focused on strategic talent acquisition and development.
