About the Role

Dyari is seeking an ambitious and professional Real Estate Sales Consultant with proven experience in real estate sales and strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and client relationship-building skills. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires immediate availability.

Job Summary

The Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for marketing and selling real estate projects, following up with potential clients, managing sales opportunities, and contributing to achieving sales targets. The role focuses on delivering a professional client experience to support the company's business growth.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell real estate projects and products in line with approved sales plans and targets.
• Attract potential clients, identify their needs, and present suitable real estate solutions and options.
• Effectively follow up with clients, manage sales opportunities, and organize field visits to real estate projects.
• Present real estate offers and explain benefits, specifications, and available plans to clients.
• Negotiate with clients and manage sales procedures through to deal completion and closing.
• Build professional and sustainable relationships with clients, enhancing their satisfaction and trust in the company.
• Follow up with clients throughout the sales stages and coordinate with relevant departments to complete procedures.
• Update client data and sales opportunities in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Prepare periodic sales reports, conversion rates, sales opportunities, and target achievement levels.
• Monitor real estate market developments, competitors, and identify available sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field.
• Saudi nationality only.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in real estate sales, preferably within the real estate development sector.
• Good knowledge of the Riyadh real estate market, its trends, and client needs.
• High-level skills in communication, negotiation, persuasion, and deal closing.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work according to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and preparing sales reports.
• Excellent skills in relationship building, time management, and client follow-up.
• Initiative, flexibility, professionalism, ability to work within a team, and manage work pressure.
