Director Job Title: Director Department: Studio and Media Production Department Entity: Government Entity Job Objective To undertake directorial and artistic supervision of programs, media materials, coverage, and events, ensuring high-quality execution according to approved technical standards and entity requirements. Tasks and Responsibilities Manage directorial operations during filming, recording, and broadcasting within the studio. Prepare and implement the directorial vision for programs and various media materials. Coordinate with presenters, photographers, technicians, and production teams to ensure efficient workflow. Supervise the operation of sound, lighting, cameras, and related technical equipment. Monitor the quality of audio and visual content and address technical issues. Prepare filming, recording, and broadcasting schedules in coordination with relevant entities. Review and approve works before publication or broadcast according to granted authorities. Oversee editing and technical production work and make necessary adjustments. Prepare periodic technical reports and submit development recommendations to management. Assist in organizing and preparing celebrations, events, and official occasions, and coordinate with representatives of the government entity and relevant parties to ensure their execution according to approved requirements. Supervise the technical preparations for events and celebrations inside and outside the studio. Maintain the entrusted equipment and devices and report any malfunctions or technical needs. Perform any other tasks related to the nature of the work assigned by the direct manager. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Media, Television Production, Media Technologies, or any related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in directing or media production. Proficiency in handling broadcasting systems, directing, and media studios. High skills in organization, coordination, and teamwork.
