Job Advertisement; Operations Manager for a Real Estate Company A real estate company headquartered in the southern part of Riyadh city, Al-Aziziyah district, announces its desire to attract talent for the position of Operations Manager. Tasks - Managing and operating the real estate portfolio (contracts, occupancy, leasing, and marketing). - Supervising work teams (accounting, collection, maintenance, and follow-up). - Preparing reports (revenues, expenses, budget, and performance indicators). - Developing work procedures (increasing productivity, improving services, and reducing costs). - Attracting talent (participating in recruitment, interviews, and candidate evaluation). Qualifications - 5 years of experience in property management or real estate operations (previous experience in leading and managing work teams). - Full knowledge of real estate systems and regulations (Ejar platform, Real Estate General Authority). - Leadership and management skills (decision-making, problem-solving, and time management). - A valid FAL license is required (brokerage and marketing, property management). - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
