About the Role

AlBusaili ElectroMechanical Works is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Operations & Maintenance to oversee projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing operations and maintenance initiatives, ensuring their successful execution from planning through completion.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of Operations & Maintenance projects. This includes planning, coordinating, and monitoring all project activities, leading teams across various sites, managing project costs, and ensuring adherence to established schedules, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop project plans, schedules, and determine resource requirements.
Manage project teams and monitor work progress across multiple operational sites.
Arrange for the necessary manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
Monitor project costs and ensure strict compliance with the approved budget.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand and prioritize their requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, management, and execution teams.
Prepare comprehensive project progress and performance reports.
Resolve operational issues, mitigate delays, and address conflicts as they arise.
Ensure full compliance with all quality and safety requirements throughout project execution.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, specifically within Operations & Maintenance.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead diverse teams.
Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, and quality assurance principles.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site management and coordination across various project locations within the region.
