• Receiving and handing over children to and from buses and coordinating the list of children getting off the bus for the department.

• Securing the department and monitoring the movement and safety of children during transitions.

• Preparing a children's attendance and absence sheet.

• Following up on children's permissions and taking necessary action.

• Preparing the children's permission log and documenting it.

• Monitoring children's entry into classrooms and classes.

• Monitoring the organization of buses and private transportation.

• Updating the children's schedule for the centers.

• Preparing schedules in coordination with the bus supervisor.

• Preparing maintenance and purchase requests.

• Preparing the weekly statistics for support services for each child.

• Collecting and distributing children's photos and videos during training, and sending photos to parents weekly.

• Receiving the child's file, ensuring completion of required documents, following up, and filing when necessary.

• Organizing the archive of children's files.

• Monitoring safety, cleanliness, and general appearance throughout the entire floor.

• Assigned media tasks.

• Monitoring the organization of the warehouse and assisting in the distribution of allowances.

• Cooperating during extreme transitions within classrooms with the specialist.

• Monitoring the cleanliness of the department (children's hygiene + children going to the restroom).

• Coordinating classrooms and monitoring their organization.

• Assisting during lunch period when needed.

• Assisting the specialist in completing children's files.

• Participating in group activities at the center.

Other responsibilities:
