Job Title: Field Operations Supervisor. Location: Riyadh. 

Summary: We are looking for a reliable person who doesn't wait for instructions in every situation to lead the team in the field. Tasks: Daily supervision of the barbers team, quick resolution of daily operational problems, monitoring adherence to schedules, and reducing cancellations and delays. Distribute barbers to areas according to demand and density to achieve the highest productivity and income. Continuously reallocate the team according to data. To increase bookings and reduce waiting time and coordinate with relevant departments and others. Qualifications: Supervisory or field operations experience of at least one year. Leadership personality. Ability to solve problems quickly and use data in field decision-making. Ability to withstand work pressure. Proficiency in using mobile applications and Excel primarily.
