Role Overview

At BOUNCE, we are seeking energetic, friendly, and passionate Saudi Nationals to join our team as a BOUNCE Host. As part of our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you'll work in an ONSITE environment focused on delivering fun, memorable, and exceptional experiences for our guests.

The ideal candidate will be a welcoming and enthusiastic presence who ensures every guest feels comfortable, supported, and excited throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Assist guests with inquiries, bookings, activities, and general park information.
• Guide guests through BOUNCE facilities, rules, and safety procedures.
• Monitor guest areas and ensure all safety guidelines are followed.
• Support guests during activities and assist them whenever needed.
• Help organize and facilitate parties, events, and special programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the venue.
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Must Have Requirements

• Saudi National.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and positive personality.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating great guest experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced recreational environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact confidently with guests of all ages.
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, entertainment, or a similar role is a plus.
