Customer Service and Reception Employee

Vayana Mental Health Clinic announces the availability of a job opportunity to join the customer service and reception team.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to deal with customers professionally, organize appointments and daily tasks, and contribute to providing an exceptional experience for patients from the first contact until the end of their treatment journey.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Receive patients, welcome them, and provide necessary support.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and the online platform.
• Manage appointment bookings, confirm them, and reschedule them as needed.
• Follow up on the patient's journey and coordinate with the therapeutic and administrative team to ensure service quality.
• Provide information related to services, procedures, and policies.
• Update customer data and maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of records.
• Follow up on daily correspondence and requests and complete them in a timely manner.
• Contribute to maintaining the readiness of the reception area and providing a professional experience for patients.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in customer service or reception is preferred, preferably in the health sector.
• High communication skills and the ability to deal professionally with various customers.
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to organize, manage time, and work within a team.
• Politeness, good appearance, and attention to detail.
