General Description:
Responsible for providing a distinguished experience for visitors by welcoming them, meeting their needs, and responding to their inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance their loyalty to the center.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and greeting customers professionally
• Explaining the services, games, and offers available at the center
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints quickly and politely
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Following up on customer satisfaction and reporting feedback to management
• Contributing to organizing events and reservations
• Maintaining a presentable appearance and an organized work environment

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma as a minimum (diploma or bachelor's degree preferred)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work within a team
• Politeness and good dealing with different customer segments
• Proficiency in using cashier or reservation systems (preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure

Working Hours:

• Shift system (8 hours daily)
• 6 days a week
