We Are Hiring Sales Representative – Industrial Automation Solutions
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Industrial Automation Division.
This role is essential for expanding our customer base, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth for Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Control Panels, and Industrial Automation Solutions across the Saudi market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular field visits to identify new customers and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Control Panels, and Industrial Automation Solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, end users, and industrial clients.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations in coordination with the engineering team.
• Identify customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Generate new projects and follow up until successful closing.
• Prepare sales reports, customer visit reports, and maintain an updated customer database.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company professionally while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (Engineering is preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in Industrial Sales.
• Previous experience in VFDs (Drives), Control Panels, MCCs, or Industrial Automation is highly preferred.
Skills & Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Drives and Control Panels sales.
• Strong customer database, preferably in the Eastern Region and Jeddah and Riyadh .
• Proven record of achieving sales targets during the last two years.
• Ability to generate new projects and identify project scope.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office & Email).
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
