About the Role

Raissy Trading and Contracting Company is seeking a dedicated Safety Engineer to join its team in Rumaḩ, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to upholding the highest standards of occupational health and safety. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from 8,000 to 10,000 Saudi Riyals per month, based on qualifications.

Role Purpose

The Safety Engineer will be instrumental in supporting the company's commitment to maintaining a secure and compliant work environment across its operational sites. This position involves actively contributing to the development and enforcement of safety protocols, ensuring the well-being of all personnel, and mitigating potential workplace hazards.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the effective implementation of occupational safety and health policies and procedures at various work sites.
• Participate in conducting regular inspection rounds to identify and report potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
• Monitor and ensure workers' adherence to safety requirements and the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist in the preparation of comprehensive safety reports and meticulous documentation of observations and necessary corrective actions.
• Engage in and support safety awareness and training programs for all employees.
• Collaborate closely with various work teams to guarantee full compliance with site-specific safety regulations.
• Execute any other safety-related tasks or duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Must hold a valid NEBOSH certification.
• 0-1 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with occupational safety and health systems and regulations specific to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is preferred.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position located at our operations in Rumaḩ, Riyadh. The compensation package includes a monthly salary ranging from 8,000 to 10,000 Saudi Riyals, which will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience level.
