About the Role

ARIS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior ARIS Consultant to join its Professional Services team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving business process transformation initiatives utilizing the ARIS platform, encompassing process modeling, process mining, workflow automation, reporting, dashboards, and governance solutions.

Role Context and Responsibilities

ARIS, a Process Intelligence company, empowers organizations to discover, create, and transform processes for measurable business outcomes and confident AI scaling. The Senior ARIS Consultant will lead business process analysis, modeling, and improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing ARIS solutions such as Process Design, Process Governance (APG), Reporting, Dashboards, and Process Mining. This involves developing ARIS reports, macros, and custom solutions using JavaScript and ARIS APIs, as well as leading process mining efforts by analyzing execution data to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities. The role also requires designing and developing dashboards using ARIS Dashboards or similar BI platforms, performing data analysis and modeling, and facilitating workshops to gather requirements and define solution designs.

Key Duties and Deliverables

  • Design and implement workflow automation solutions for governance, approval, and operational processes.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and project team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues related to ARIS solutions and integrations.
  • Support integration initiatives with HR systems, ERP platforms, document management systems, and other enterprise applications.
  • Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, implementation guides, and training materials.
  • Participate in customer demonstrations, solution presentations, and proposal development.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. The role requires 5–8 years of professional experience in Business Process Management (BPM), Process Intelligence, Business Analysis, or Enterprise Transformation. A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with the ARIS platform is essential.

Technical and Consulting Expertise

  • Strong experience with ARIS Process Design, Reporting, and JavaScript scripting.
  • Experience with ARIS Process Governance (APG) workflow development and configuration.
  • Familiarity with ARIS Dashboards and business intelligence solutions.
  • Experience with ARIS Process Mining or other process mining platforms.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript development, REST APIs, SQL, and database querying.
  • Experience in data modeling, data transformation, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with BI platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong business analysis, requirements elicitation, and problem-solving skills.

Communication and Collaboration

Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken, is a mandatory requirement for this role. The consultant will engage directly with customers, conduct workshops, gather requirements, and deliver solution demonstrations. Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills are necessary to effectively communicate technical concepts to business audiences and translate business requirements for technical teams.
