Accessories Manager Al Futtaim Automotive BYD

About the Role

Al Futtaim Group is seeking an Accessories Manager for its BYD and Denza automotive brands in Riyadh, KSA. This full-time role is responsible for establishing and scaling the Accessories and Service Products business across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Accessories Manager will own the end-to-end P&L for the accessories category, developing the operating model, building a competitive portfolio, and creating service product programs to drive recurring revenue and customer retention.

Role Context and Impact

This position is central to the new energy vehicle launch program in KSA, serving as a commercial enabler and a long-term contributor to aftersales profitability. The role operates at the intersection of Aftersales, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Brand functions, requiring a comprehensive understanding of commercial operations and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the multi-year Accessories and Service Products strategy for BYD and Denza in KSA, aligning with brand positioning and aftersales business objectives.
• Establish the accessories operating model, including governance, processes, pricing architecture, channel strategy, and performance management framework.
• Build the Annual Operating Plan for accessories, covering sales volumes, revenue, gross margin, inventory, and investment plans.
• Define the long-term growth roadmap, encompassing portfolio expansion, vendor base development, and digital sales channels.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including phase-in, phase-out, refresh cycles, and competitive repositioning.

Product Portfolio and Program Development

• Develop a competitive portfolio of genuine OEM accessories, locally developed accessories, and bundled value packages tailored to Saudi customer preferences.
• Design and launch service product programs such as extended warranty, service contracts, paint protection, ceramic coating, tinting, and EV-specific care packages.
• Lead accessory programs supporting new vehicle launches, special editions, and brand-defining model introductions across the three brands.
• Curate accessory selections, fitments, and styling packages that reflect Saudi and broader Gulf customer tastes, covering exterior styling, interior trims, comfort upgrades, and regional personalization preferences.

Required Experience and Skills

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability in accessories strategy and business planning.
• Experience in product portfolio development and vendor/supplier ecosystem management.
• Proficiency in commercial and P&L ownership.
• Capability in market and customer insight analysis.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and operational execution skills.
