About the Account Executive Role

Gartner is seeking an Account Executive LE/GE GTS to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time field sales position, offering an uncapped commission structure, focuses on client retention and growth within a designated territory of Large Enterprise clients. Account Executives establish trust-based relationships with C-Level Executives and their teams, understanding their mission-critical priorities to ensure clients maximize the value from their Gartner services. The role also involves identifying opportunities for stronger value delivery with alternative product offerings. For End-User Large Enterprise clients, this involves organizations with over $1 billion in annual revenue, while Tech Vendor Large Enterprise clients have over $500 million in annual revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive value delivery for current Gartner clients, ensuring they maximize the benefits from their services.
  • Identify, cultivate, qualify, and close client growth opportunities through cross-sell and upsell strategies.
  • Continuously build a pipeline of high-quality opportunities to meet sales metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage quota responsibility for the assigned territory.
  • Oversee complex, high-revenue sales within matrix and diverse business environments.
  • Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years of B2B sales experience, with a preference for complex, intangible sales environments.
  • Demonstrated experience selling to and/or influencing C-Level Executives.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to own, manage, and forecast a complex sales process.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
