About the Role

Master-Works, through its subsidiary Soor, is seeking a results-driven Senior Account Manager to manage key client accounts and acquire new high-value customers. This full-time position requires deep experience in selling cybersecurity solutions and services to government and enterprise clients, focusing on driving business growth through strategic client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, targeting C-level executives (CIO/CISO) to achieve revenue growth.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to deal closure, including Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and tender processes.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across Soor's service offerings, including consulting, professional services, and training.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and align sales plans with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Soor's solutions, value propositions, and current cybersecurity market trends.
  • Monitor account performance, develop plans, forecasts, and reports, and support finance with renewals and Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance.
  • Translate customer business needs, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity challenges into effective solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 4 years of successful sales experience in Riyadh/KSA, specifically within IT networking or cybersecurity solutions.
  • Proven experience in delivering presentations, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and responding to RFPs/tenders.
  • Experience working with CRM systems for effective lead and opportunity management.
  • Familiarity with key cybersecurity tools and vendors such as Splunk, Fortinet, F5, Palo Alto, among others.
  • Knowledge of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS), NCA/SAMA regulations, and cybersecurity frameworks including Zero Trust, SASE, UEBA, XDR, SIEM, and SOAR.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and engaging with decision-makers, including CXO-level negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and solutions-selling capabilities.
  • A customer-focused approach with a collaborative mindset and the ability to manage long-term client relationships.

Education

An MBA or a relevant postgraduate degree is preferred.
