About The Chefz
The Chefz is seeking an Account Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on strengthening relationships with partners and driving business growth within a dynamic market.
Role Overview
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of restaurant and store partners, ensuring their satisfaction and optimizing their sales performance. This involves maintaining strong relationships, focusing on menu quality, pricing strategies, and promotional deals, and providing operational support. A key aspect of the role includes encouraging partners to adopt digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant and store partners by understanding their business needs and ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction.
- Ensure menu quality, price parity, vendor-funded deals, and drive affordability initiatives across the assigned portfolio.
- Build and strengthen commercial partnerships through agreement renewals, renegotiating commercial terms, establishing preferred partnerships, and identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Own the end-to-end performance of the assigned portfolio, including sales performance, operational excellence, marketing initiatives, and growth strategies.
- Conduct regular in-person meetings with partners to review business performance, strengthen relationships, and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide proactive performance reports and actionable insights to partners, supporting data-driven business decisions.
- Promote and sell advertising solutions and value-added services that help partners increase visibility, sales, and overall business growth.
- Monitor and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly portfolio targets while driving continuous business growth.
- Upsell additional services such as logistics solutions, premium business tools, and loyalty programs to maximize partner value and profitability.
- Drive the adoption of digital solutions by encouraging partners to utilize the vendor portal, self-service features, and self-booking capabilities to improve operational efficiency.
Required Experience
Candidates should possess 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm and motivation for account management.
Work Environment and Location
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring regular engagement with partners within the city.
