About the Role

We are seeking an Aftermarket Sales Engineer specializing in centrifugal pumps to manage and expand aftermarket business across Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on promoting spare parts, service contracts, retrofits, and repair services, requiring strong client engagement and technical understanding of pump systems.

Role Overview

The Aftermarket Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting customers throughout the equipment lifecycle by identifying and developing sales opportunities for centrifugal pump aftermarket solutions. This involves maintaining existing client relationships and cultivating new accounts within key industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop aftermarket sales opportunities for centrifugal pumps within assigned territories.
Promote and sell spare parts, repair services, site support, performance upgrades, and long-term service agreements (LTSA).
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new accounts in the oil & gas, petrochemical, power, and water sectors.
Conduct site surveys and troubleshoot pump performance issues.
Collaborate with service centers, OEMs, and the supply chain to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and submit technically and commercially competitive proposals.
Work with internal service & engineering teams to develop customized solutions.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethical practices.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant sales or engineering role, specifically within the aftermarket sector for centrifugal pumps.
