The Role

Nextwo Co. is seeking an Application Support Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of applications. The specialist will be responsible for monitoring application health, resolving technical issues, and providing essential support to users, contributing to the overall stability and continuous improvement of application services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor application performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Provide timely support and assistance to application users.
  • Analyze application metrics to identify and implement performance improvements.
  • Conduct application testing to ensure functionality and compatibility.
  • Implement improvements based on user feedback and performance data.
  • Maintain comprehensive application support and troubleshooting documentation.
  • Stay updated on application support trends and best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in Application Support, Application Management, Production Support, or a related technical field.
  • Demonstrated strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience with application monitoring, testing, and performance analysis.

Essential Skills

  • Good communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Effective multitasking capabilities to manage various support tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, application support tools, and analytics platforms is considered a plus.

Work Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
