The Arabic Marketing Manager Role

TGP International is seeking an experienced Arabic Marketing Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to leading client marketing projects and developing successful F&B marketing campaigns. The role involves working with a diverse range of partners, including developers, hotel groups, and individual restaurants, to deliver comprehensive marketing solutions from strategy to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies, including:
    • Brand strategy
    • Situational analysis
    • Digital strategy
    • Communications Strategy
    • Media Mix & Buying Plan
    • Marketing budget
  • Collaborate with Project Leads and Partners to achieve project objectives.
  • Develop brand strategies, marketing calendars, and launch plans for client projects.
  • Plan and execute all marketing activities, including social media campaigns, events, activations, and partnerships.
  • Manage pre-opening planning and execution for new restaurant openings.
  • Formulate activation strategies, including event management for new openings and campaign launches.
  • Oversee social media strategy, content calendar development, and daily management of social accounts.
  • Support brand projects by developing and executing marketing plans on behalf of clients.
  • Provide oversight for website development and coordinate with developers as required.
  • Manage photography and video shoots, including the creation of detailed briefs.
  • Conduct blogger and influencer outreach and engagement initiatives.
  • Identify, develop, and recommend strategic partnerships and collaborations aligned with client brands.
  • Act as a brand guardian across all customer touchpoints for client projects.
  • Assume overall responsibility for client brand channels.
  • Track and measure marketing efforts, providing weekly reports and comprehensive monthly reports.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of experience in marketing management, with a strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies. The position requires a professional who can manage multiple client projects, demonstrate strategic thinking, and possess strong communication and analytical skills to track and report on marketing performance effectively.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting TGP International's client projects in the region.
