Asas Makeen is seeking a talented and commercially-minded Architectural Designer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Architectural Designer Responsibilities

The Architectural Designer will develop innovative design concepts, support feasibility studies, and contribute to the company's overall growth strategy. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively combine design expertise with a deep understanding of the real estate market and investment analysis.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Develop architectural design concepts and contribute to early design stages, ensuring alignment with project vision and market requirements.
• Prepare and study optimal land use strategies and project planning.
• Create and review architectural drawings, compelling visuals, and professional presentations.
• Effectively coordinate with consultants, engineers, and all stakeholders to ensure seamless design integration.
• Verify that all designs comply with municipal regulations and local requirements.
• Oversee and follow up on design development stages through to the execution phase of projects.
• Actively research and rigorously evaluate new investment opportunities and potential real estate projects.
• Conduct market studies and competitor analyses to support investment decisions.
• Participate in preparing comprehensive feasibility studies and financial models for proposed projects.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners.
• Support the preparation of presentations, competition entries, and project pitches.
• Contribute to the development of the company's strategic growth plans and expansion of its project portfolio.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required. A Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or a Master's in Real Estate Development is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture, real estate development, or mixed-use projects.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate project lifecycle and the details of conducting feasibility studies.
• Experience or a strong understanding of business development or investment analysis is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in architectural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp is mandatory.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential for this role.
• Fluency in Arabic is considered an additional advantage.
