The Architectural Site Inspector Role

Proger *** is seeking an Architectural Site Inspector for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for the supervision and monitoring of architectural works on site. The inspector ensures that all executed works align with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements. This position requires 2-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of architectural and related civil works on site according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor the quality of finishing and architectural works to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Inspect executed works and support the handover/approval process at various project stages.
• Coordinate with contractors and site teams to resolve technical comments and site issues.
• Ensure that site teams adhere to quality and safety requirements during execution.
• Prepare daily or periodic reports on work progress and site observations.
• Record any deviations from drawings or specifications and report them to the concerned team.
• Support engineers in inspection, verification, and work acceptance activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and civil drawings.
• Experience in monitoring executed works according to approved drawings and specifications.
