About the Role

Tawafuq Real Estate is seeking an Architectural Studies Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in architectural design, focusing on both interior and exterior projects.

Role Overview

The Architectural Studies Engineer will be responsible for developing and preparing comprehensive architectural designs, from initial concepts to detailed drawings and visualizations. The role involves close coordination with stakeholders to ensure all designs align with project specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare interior and exterior architectural designs.
• Create 3D models and architectural visualizations/renderings.
• Prepare architectural drawings and space schedules.
• Review and implement design revisions and comments.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture and planning or an equivalent field.
• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in interior and exterior architectural design, master planning, and landscaping.
• Strong skills in 3D modeling and visualization.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3ds Max, or similar architectural design software.
• Ability to prepare architectural drawings, space schedules, and develop designs according to project requirements.
• Strong coordination skills and the ability to effectively manage design revisions and feedback.
