Area Manager

About the Role

Apton Partitioning is seeking an Area Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with a background in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering, focusing on driving sales and managing client relationships within the commercial fit-out sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive specification sales by engaging with architects and interior designers.
• Promote and sell products directly to fit-out and main contractors.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with 5-10 years of experience who possess a strong understanding of the commercial fit-out and contracting industry. The ideal candidate will be based in Saudi Arabia, with a preference for Riyadh.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Educational background in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
• 5-10 years of professional experience.
• Proven experience in Commercial Fit-outs and Contracting.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.

Location and Work Type

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates should currently reside in Saudi Arabia, preferably in Riyadh, to ensure immediate integration into the local market.
